It's nice to be home. Yesterday I came home to my apartment after a full month's absence. Driving down the West Side Highway I could feel a little of the usual stress and anticipation creep into my shoulders. Whenever I come back to NYC from a vacation I always feel like I have to switch into high gear and be super productive. This urge is most prominent for me after Labor Day Weekend. With the city in full back to school mode I feel like now is the time to start on those new projects I have been thinking about all summer. My goal this fall is too approach all of my projects with the sense of calm and relaxation I had while away in August. Stress never did anybody good!

After unpacking my first project was a trip to Whole Foods to re-stock my fridge with all of my healthy basics. A well stocked fridge is key to healthy living, and with a few essentials you can be ready for a healthy snack or meal at a moment's notice!
