Black Truffle Salted Almond Bark
I love black truffle sea salt! I am constantly coming up with new uses for it. This sweet and savory twist on chocolate bark could not be easier to make. It would be a hit at any holiday party!
Black Truffle Salted Almond Bark
- 3 3oz bars 70% or more dark chocolate (I used Endangered Species brand)
- 1.5 cups almonds
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1/8 tsp black truffle sea salt
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Melt the dark chocolate over low heat in a large pan until smooth and glossy
- Stir in remaining ingredients (except regular sea salt)
- Pour chocolate mixture onto a lined (I used a Silpat) baking sheet
- Sprinkle a little sea salt on top of the bark
- Allow to harden and cool the refrigerator (at least 30 minutes)
- Cut or break into small pieces
